Let me introduce myself! My name is Catherine and I'm the creator of Love Me, Love Me Not. Food is my cup of tea. In my early twenties, I began watching the Food Network and was really inspired to start trying new recipes and experiment with flavors. They made it look so easy! After many hours in the kitchen and hundreds of recipes later, I am a self-taught home cook (who still hates chopping onions).
Love Me, Love Me Not is about my love/hate relationship with cooking. I want to share with you my success stories and my !%^&* moments, with the hope that you will find it useful and pass it on. It's all in the details.
I started this blog because I love to eat. If a genie were to grant me three wishes, I guarantee one of them would be to make all food low-fat. There are too many dishes I have yet to try...and ones that I would love to repeatedly sink my teeth into. PIE. All kinds. I refuse to eat chicken feet and I really don't like pumpernickel bread. If I had to eat one meal for the rest of my life it would be a cucumber, tomato, and bacon sandwich. Toasted. I will always go for the cream-filled chocolates first. Yes, there is a stash in my bed-side table. Give me a cherry coke, and you will make me a very happy lady. Frank's Red Hot Sauce is quite possibly the best condiment ever made. Oh, and I love anchovies.
Thanks for staying awhile, and I hope to see you back soon!
